      How to Answer

Best Buy is looking for reliable employees, but even the most reliable people get sick and run into traffic. A truly reliable employee will have a plan to enact when an unavoidable situation occurs. Tell the interviewer what you would do if you had to miss work or knew you would not make it to your shift in time.

      2nd Answer Example

"I'm a very cool-headed, even-tempered person, so I don't panic when unexpected things happen on my way to work. I recently had a flat tire on my way into the store where I currently work, but I always leave for work earlier than necessary. I called my manager as soon as I could and let her know what was going on, and then I changed my tire. I only ended up being about fifteen minutes late for my shift, and it was no big deal because I had let my manager know what was going on."
