2. I think each day, a person has to to look at any pertinent filings that need to be done and ideally these should be flagged in the diary system. On most days, a new claim will be assigned and these should be addressed in a timely fashion as well.

1. When one of my clients needed immediate assistant, I continue to speak to the proper adjusters to handle the situation quickly as possible.
2. I was asked to participate and help plan a customer meeting by my supervisor. As indicated in the reference I previously submitted to HR, my supervisor felt I went above and beyond the original intent of my involvement. I lined up the speakers, put together the material and helped lead a training session.

Probably the most difficult situation is where I have had a very serious injury claim where the employee is off work, has no formal education beyond high school and the employer will not take them back in any modified or long term capacity. In that situation, you have to really think outside the box and look at all possible solutions.
