1. Handle claims there is always work do. So I try not look at it as being overloaded. But I find I need assist to critical done due to time restraints I make my supervisor away and we develop plan.

2. I think each day, a person has to to look at any pertinent filings that need to be done and ideally these should be flagged in the diary system. On most days, a new claim will be assigned and these should be addressed in a timely fashion as well.

Probably the most difficult situation is where I have had a very serious injury claim where the employee is off work, has no formal education beyond high school and the employer will not take them back in any modified or long term capacity. In that situation, you have to really think outside the box and look at all possible solutions.
