Be prepared to answer this question. If you have to sit and think about it during the interview, it's going to appear as if you're not sure or that you've never identified your value in the workplace. You don't have to have a complex response. Keep your answer simple and honest. For example, you could discuss your leadership skills, problem-solving ability, initiative, work ethic, or ability to innovate.
