"My greatest weakness is delegating tasks to others. I am very independent and feel that I need to do every task myself. I realize this can be a problem when others want to help, and I have been told by previous coworkers they feel like I don't trust them to assist me. I understand in the field of vascular technology I mostly work independently. But, in the future, I would like to work in management and I will need to learn to delegate tasks. What I am doing to improve this is I enrolled in a management workshop that will teach me how to delegate and be a successful manager."
