"With patients, my communication style tends to be very compassionate while carefully picking out the information that I may need to make important decisions. I'll do my best to walk the line of being too intrusive and too passive, which I find patients appreciate. I tend to be a man of few words with my coworkers, and I am very direct with them when on the job, while laid back when the workload slows down or when on break."
