The leaders that I look up to have the traits that I hope to have. When I was a student, the person at work I looked up to the most was the person who could do their work in the most time-effective manner while also putting patient care first. Now that I have developed that skill, the person I look up to is the person who can integrate themselves at work and manage to make everyone smile.
