While I plan on dedicating myself to my dreams for the next two years, I know that leaving work at work and taking the time to recharge with family and friends is important as well and I won't forget to do that as a resident with your program."

      "I try to manage stress by taking one thing at a time. I try to focus on what is directly ahead rather than all the things that still need to be done or that could go wrong. This helped me as I planned LSU's GKAS. This was a large event for the school and with that, a lot of pressure was on me to make it succeed. With a little road map, I focused on taking it one step at a time and successfully planned a great event."
