"My personal nursing philosophy is providing care with the highest level of integrity and empathy. From being a patient myself to becoming a nurse, I strive to work with the highest level of integrity and take pride in knowing I am doing my absolute best for my patients and teammates. Besides working with integrity, I find it vital to work with empathy because each person I interact with has their own perspective and feelings that I am responsible for recognizing and relating to if I am going to care for them."
