How do you feel about supervising others and their work?

The position you are interviewing for may require you to supervise a few people or a whole team. It is also possible that the interviewers want the person they hire to ultimately grow into more of a leadership role. When preparing your answer to this question, focus on your team management and leadership skills as well as your ability to guide and mentor others.
