      Answer Example

"I am a good verbal and written communicator. Between the two options, my preference is verbal communication. It gives me the opportunity to ask if there is a need for clarification. Experienced Example

"I like to use both methods of communication when providing high-quality patient care. Sometimes, situations call for verbal communication, and other times, written. As a rule of thumb, I tend to practice verbal communications, with written follow-up. Utilizing multiple methods creates repetition and opportunity to reinforce change."
