Question 3 of 25

What challenges did you face at your last job and what did you learn from them?

"A long-term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I suggested that our CAD team meet with our manager to discuss the customer's concerns. We discussed our challenges and lack of efficiency, and how we could change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business. From this situation, I learned the importance of being mindful of client relations and operations, not just after issues arise, but for the duration of the relationship. As a result, other team managers adopted my check-in and management processes, and have also seen improved results with their accounts."
