Tell me about a time you planned and organized an office event or function. What was your least favorite part of the task, and what was your favorite?

"I plan our company's holiday party every year, along with at least one client appreciation event every spring. I have created a blueprint for every event, along with checklists. I know who I need to engage for assistance, who the top vendors are for things such as catering, sound, and decor. I work fast and within budget. The last two company events I organized, ended up coming out around 15% under budget, which was a great accomplishment. Rest assured, I will be bringing this same level of organization and event execution to your company."
