Aside from my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I have more than 20 years of experience in customer service helping and assisting customer concerns, and resolving issues. I feel I don't have enough experience in using the RabbitMQ tool, but I used another tool similar to it also, I started reading the RabbitMQ documentation, and it seems easy for me to learn it in a short time.

I am proficient with most of the Adobe publication tools. Your company is looking for an Adobe InDesign skillset. None of my previous positions utilized InDesign as their main publication tool, but I have taken tutorials on InDesign, many of its principles are based on other Adobe tools with which I am proficient.

I am not completely familiar with using Creo, however, I have used both SolidWorks and Autodesk which I have been told by colleagues, are very similar and I can learn Creo easily with this experience.
