I have dealt with challenging customer situations many times throughout my retail career. I believe approaching the situation by giving the customer special attention, listening to their needs, and politely addressing their concerns is best. My aim is always to go above and beyond and to ensure the customer leaves in a much more positive mindset than they did when they arrived. I do my best to counter any issues customers have.
