Integrity and honesty are important values that I instill in my everyday life. A time that I showed integrity at work was during my internship at NCI. It is currently remote and we have to get 420 hours by the end of the semester in order to graduate. I always am honest about the hours I work. I know there are people in my major who lie but I don't think that's okay and I tell them that. I have respect for my employers and I would not take advantage of this opportunity.

Amanda's Feedback
Employers want to hear that you value honesty and are committed to living and working with integrity because it's part of who you are. Consider enhancing your response by explaining that being honest in your hours ensures that you learn everything you can through your internship while also building a strong, trusting relationship with your employer.
