I view success as a journey, not a destination. At this early stage in my career, every milestone, big and small, move me forward, allowing me to develop stronger skills and enhance my performance. At my internship at NCI, I embraced every opportunity and was open to learning new things. As I continue on with my career in research I know success would be being able to address the world's most critical problems with science-based solutions for a better future.
