"I recently graduated from the University of Georgia with my Degree in Pharmaceutical Science. With this degree, I look forward to joining RTI International and carving out a great career with you. When the timing is right, I do plan to return to school to obtain my Master's Degree in a science-based field. This extension of learning, of course, would be in tandem with my full-time job."

I am expected to graduate in a month with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. I plan to continue my work in a research-related field, hopefully here at RTI. I do plan to get my master's in Public Health in a year in Epidemiology, I would like to take this year to gain more experience and gather more knowledge.

Amanda's Feedback
Your answer confirms that you will soon have the bachelor's degree in a science-related field required by the position. Sharing that you want to continue learning and earn a master's degree in a scientific field that would be beneficial to the company in the future also sheds light on your desire to keep growing. However, you can hurt your chances of being hired if your response makes it sound as though you will only work for a short period before quitting to pursue another degree. If you plan to keep working for the company while in graduate school, make it clear that you're confident that you could handle the demands of the role and graduate school at the same time.
Prepare for RTI's focus on applied research, collaborative problem-solving, and social impact.
