      "Just recently, I took the role of being a FOH Trainer for the Host Team. I can observe, teach, and coach the new hosts and the veteran hosts. I have implemented some rules with the host team and shared it with the management team to follow up. Hosts are required to check in with a manager, and they are required to recommend a beverage when seating our guests. I am happy to say the hosts are engaged, guests are more knowledgable with beverages, and our beverage score/sales are going up!"
