When I graduated high school, it was so important to me to learn about other cultures. Focus on being honest in your response, even if you have not worked among diverse groups of people. Depending on where you were raised, you may or may not have been exposed to much diversity. The main point is to show the interviewer that you embrace working in a diverse workforce and will be a positive addition to the team if hired.
