In my experience, hiring managers love to know if their top candidate can train others. As Kimberly-Clark grows and innovates, your interviewer will look to hear if you are well-versed and comfortable training other staff on items that you are familiar with.

While coaching and training experience may not be required for this role at Kimberly-Clark, those skills are always valued by employers. Briefly explain your experience training or mentoring others. Keep in mind that your experience can come from beyond the workplace as well, as long as you highlight the skills you've learned that you can bring to the role you are interviewing for.

"Over the last two years, I've worked as a mentor in my campus's school of engineering. In this role, I mentored first and second-year students with a focus on math and physics. I love teaching others and take a compassionate and encouraging approach. I see these as beneficial traits when mentoring new staff."

"I have always enjoyed the opportunity to teach or mentor my colleagues throughout my career. Just last month, my company introduced a new module in our SAP system, and I could see that one of our team members was having some trouble with the new module. I was familiar with it already, so I offered to help him. We spent his lunch hour for the next three days working on it.
