DaVita prides itself on providing excellent customer service. How do you provide excellent customer service?

Think of how you like to be treated as a customer. Then, think of how you provide excellent customer service, treating your customers how you want to be treated. Describe the actions you take to provide excellent customer service to all, showing the interviewer you will be an asset to their team if hired. If you have received an award or recognition for the customer service you provide, be sure to include that in your response.

"I value excellent customer service when I am the customer and provide the same service to my patients and their loved ones. I greet everyone with a smile; I introduce myself and ask their name and how they are doing. I listen to their needs and provide a solution. I ask them if they have questions and clarify anything they do not understand. I thank them for trusting DaVita to provide quality care and give them my business card and let them know they can call me anytime with any questions."
