DaVita wants team members who can learn new concepts, treat patients with compassion, and make medical decisions based on their training. The interviewer asks this question to see that you can work independently and will not need to be closely supervised if hired.

Explain that you work well independently and with teams. The interviewer wants to hear that you can work in different types of situations but that you do not need close supervision.
If you want to be considered for the position, avoid saying that you require close supervision. The interviewer wants a Patient Care Technician who is comfortable working alone but knows when to ask a supervisor for assistance.
