Why the Interviewer Asks This Question
The interviewer asks this question to see what interests you and if you have healthy avenues to decompress. They want to hear what hobbies and activities you enjoy and know that you spend time away from work destressing from the pressures of the job. If you do not have healthy ways to relieve stress on your days off, you are at a greater risk of 'burning out' or becoming sick from stress.
