How to Answer
The interviewer would like to get to know more about you. Give an overview of how you got into the industry, your education and experience, your current role, and what brings you to the interview with City of Hope. Avoid giving too many personal details (marital status, how many children you have, your religion, etc.), and try to keep your answer brief (no more than a couple of minutes).

I quickly found that I loved working with older adults and was able to put myself through nursing school. I had a family member recently pass away from cancer and seeing the type of care they received from City of Hope, really drew my interest in joining the organization."
