How to Answer
Think about which situation you are the happiest and most productive in and what you might prefer at City of Hope. Talk to the interviewer about your preference for teamwork or working individually. Avoid pigeonholing yourself into one particular scenario (IE: I only like to work alone). You may work well without needing much management or direction, or perhaps you are better driven in a collaborative and team-led environment. Either way, be honest with the interviewer about your preferences without leaning negatively.
