"My motivation comes primarily from within. I constantly push myself and remind myself that I am here to help others. I have a true servanthood mentality, which drives me. I also find external motivation from working with positive people who can teach me along the way. New knowledge and a fresh approach are fantastic motivators."

Even on the hardest days, I would still be working in a field I love. I'm motivated by experiencing and learning new things every day and by wanting to help patients on what could be the worst day of their life. I also would use camaraderie and humor for a serotonin boost.
