I rate my communication skills 8/10 as I believe there is always room for improving and nobody is perfect. During my years in customer service, I have been able to develop excellent relationships with customers and colleagues. I have also been able to use my skills to successfully defuse many tense situations with customers and find satisfying and quick solutions to their issues.
