With a lot of new staff members on our team, I always go the extra distance to ask if they need help when they look lost or unsure. I also reassure them that it is okay to remain uncertain at this point in their training.

Consider providing a more powerful example of a time when you went above and beyond to encourage a colleague. Explain the situation, what the problem or issue was, what you did to encourage him or her, and what the positive outcome was.
