"I haven't had much experience leading a team due to me still being in a junior position. However, at college, I would often take charge during presentations and arrange tasks so everyone was happy with what they were contributing and ensuring all work was completed on time."

Well done! While you don't have professional experience leading a team, you've highlighted that you often took an informal team leadership role as a student. You can also consider relating that you're excited about the opportunity to grow into a team leadership role professionally and share the skills you have that make you a good team leader such as articulate communication, active listening, collaborative teamwork, organization, etc. This shows the interviewer that you're willing to learn and grow in a team-based environment.
