1. I'm belivable persone on any man but it's become some time dangoures so I take a own desision and improve it.

5. To dedicated to detailes, sometimes... I am always trying to hear what my team mates think about a certain task. In order to improve it, I have started to prioritize my tasks on a daily basis.
6. My greatest weakness is being too direct. I have taken a class to correct this, because some people might not like when I am direct, this was a class to make sure that I could speak in a more diplomatic way, however this does not come easy but I continue to improve on this.
