How to Answer
The candidate should speak honestly and openly about a time in their work that they struggled. They may talk about how they recruited help to overcome the issue, or how they found a way to succeed even though it was tough. The candidate should prove that they are a problem solver who can overcome any difficult project and learns from their mistakes.
