How did you prepare for this work?
For being a slot attendant you don't need to have any college degrees but what you will definitely need is an experience in handling high volumes of cash and excellent communication skills. Along with this if you have some customer service experience that will be an added advantage. Also, a high school diploma would be a good thing. If you have some experience in any of the above mentioned areas, don't hesitate from telling that to the interviewer. Also, if you have any other experience or apprenticeship that projects you as a great candidate for this job, make sure to mention that as well.
"I have worked in a casino before this as a slot attendant before which I was helping another slot attendant in the same place. I have experience in handling large amounts of cash and also I possess very good communication skills."

It's likely that you'll be on your feet a lot, engaging with customers, providing customer service, troubleshooting, etc. Think about how you would prepare in other ways for those types of tasks as well.
