This can be answered with a difficult project encountered while in school or work. Difficult situations can be related to team dynamics, unrealistic expectations, incomplete directions, etc.
Describe the situation, the difficulty and how/why it was difficult. Then describe how you dealt with it. Example might be taking a team member aside and walking through the responsibilities, how they need to work on specific areas. It could also be some machine that stopped working and the technician was not available. What did you do to deal with that situation.

"We had a small event at our casino and we were expecting a particular number of guests and had made arrangements accordingly but apparently we miscalculated and the turnout was twice more. We were all confused as it would have turned out to be a chaos since we didn't have the necessary back up. This is when I messaged a few of my friends who work in the same industry and promised them some perks at our casino if they helped us. They came over happily and everything was managed without any issues."

My creative thinking helped save a visit from our engineering team. Someone shoved a large pan through one of the food drawers. It was just a little too tall and it would not open out all of the way. My coworker was trying to yank it out, but it would just bust the drawer door off if he did it any harder. Just then I knew we needed something flat to pry the pan out. I slipped a flat spatula between the pan and the door, and it worked. The pan was able to be removed.
