  • 34. Describe a time that you have read a piece of research then implemented the findings into your workplace.

      How to Answer

Assure the hiring manager that you are able to take new research and implement it into your practice. Talk about a time when you have done so.

Keep your answer to a couple of main points and be sure to pause for the interviewer to join in, creating a healthy discussion on the research.

This can be a great opportunity for you to bond with the hiring manager on a shared opinion.
