"I pride myself on being a life-long learner and continuing education credits have always been something that I cherish in our field. Recently, I attended a course on treating concussions as a Physical Therapist and my was opened to many new therapy techniques for patients that have suffered major concussions. Without continuing education, our field wouldn't have been able to evolve the way it has and that would be very unfortunate for the patients that need us."

It is extremely important for a physical therapist to never stop learning and educating himself in order to be aware of the latest trends, modalities, techniques, and guidelines of physical therapy so that he can provide high-quality services at all times. A physical therapist can do that in many ways, like seminars, magazines, articles, websites, blogs, etc. Personally, I've recently had two seminars, the one was a first aid training course for sports environment, and the other one was a kinesiology taping course.
