PT assistants have many important duties such as preparing a patient for therapy session, observing the patients before, during and after the session, taking notes and giving reports to the PT' s, they are responsible for setting up and for the maintenance of the equipment, and also they do clerical tasks like answering the phone and scheduling patients, etc. So it is essential that there must be an effective level communication between PT's and PT's assistants in order to serve the patients in the best possible way according to their personalized needs.
