"As an experienced Physical Therapist in a very busy setting, our schedulers are my first line of defense to help keep me organized through the work days. I am in consistent communication with them on my availability for the coming weeks and my patient schedule is always coordinated well. For myself, I utilize my email calendar to schedule any tasks outside of patient care like the committees that I sit on with my employer."

In a busy working environment like ours, you have to stay organized in order to make the most out of your valuable time and also to prevent any sort of setbacks that could interrupt your progress. What I do to keep my self organized is having to-do lists on both daily and weekly basis in order to keep track of my tasks at any given time and make any adjustments if necessary.

Rachelle's Feedback
Where do you keep these to-do lists? On a phone, tablet, in an app, or a notepad? Give the interviewer the full picture. Be careful to avoid "you" statements and keeping your answer personal (the first sentence).
