      2nd Answer Example

"When I was a child, I was at the pool every weekend. The lifeguards always made me feel safe and, to have the opportunity to now pass that on to other people would be a real pleasure and honor. "This role appeals to me because I have loved to do any water sports since I was in grade school. I want to work in your company because I believe that I will learn and improve my knowledge with your guidance."

      Rachelle's Feedback

Your response doesn't directly answer the question as far as why your passion for the role would benefit them as the employer. To say you like water sports simply won't be enough. Try to dig a bit deeper and touch on your care for the safety of others, for instance.
"I want to work for your facility because I see the care that you put into the safety of your guests. I am passionate about swimming, lifeguarding, and other water activities which makes me want to give people great experiences in the water, too!"
