You should assure the interviewer that you are not queasy at the sight of an injury and that you can act professionally and appropriately in a medical situation.

Yes, I have administered first aid before. As a dive master, we should be able to take responsibility for giving first aid to our guest when needed. The sight of cuts, scrapes, and blood did not bother me at all. I encountered someone crashed on a motorbike, and I helped him clean and dress his cuts and scrapes.
