This is a classic interview question where your interviewer may be looking to hear your viewpoint on your own professionalism in the workplace or the reason why you are looking to leave your current job. As you answer, it is imperative that you answer this question in a positive tone while showing that you have the wherewithal to handle your least favourite aspect of the job with grace and ease. As you prepare for this type of question, try to focus your answer on aspects of the job that are out of your control and think about how you've overcome this aspect of the job in a positive light.

"Up to this point in my career, I would say the least favorable aspect has been the instability of funding at places I have worked. Because of this instability, I've had many close colleagues that were great at their job get let go from their positions simply because the funding for projects wasn't there. While certainly sad to see close colleagues move on in circumstances out of their control, this fact has pushed me to become the best at what I do."
