This page will inform them of your study habits, your work ethic, and how far you'll go to succeed in all that you do.

"Based on my research, I have learned that Salus has a solid reputation in the medical field. It has state of the art technology and labs. This is something I value because it gives me confidence that I am learning from an institution that is evolving with the field is up to date. Also, it is located in a very diverse community and has a diverse student population. I want to be apart of a community that recognizes the importance of representation of the world we live in, which in turn would improve treatment of patient difference and foster acceptance both within the classroom and in a professional setting. I am also aware of the early exposure to clinical experience and access to patients from the community through the multiple locations of the eye institute. I believe this would give students an advantage to develop practical skills while also giving back to the community. These are also the reasons Salus is my top choice, as many of my values and Salus core principles align. Also, offer residencies to continue education, which is something I hope to do in the future."

Giving back to the community is something I really value & enjoy doing. PCO's interdisciplinary environment is very appealing to me as it relates to my current MS research & interest in the PRIME program, both of which include multiple professions working together to help improve patient care. The fact that Salus uses state of the art technology & labs is another added bonus, as it tells me that the university is constantly evolving in order to keep up with the times. These are the reasons Salus is at the top of my list; many of my values and Salus's core principles align."
