"Coming out of college and looking to become a lead on any projects you have for me as a Packaging Engineer, I can definitely draw on some leadership experiences I gained through my schooling. While working through college, I was promoted to shift leader during my time working at Subway. As well, I was one of the founders of my campuses Institute of Packaging Professionals group. While in that group, I was elected the President during my final two years of school. For me, my leadership style in both of these roles required a focus on communication skills, self confidence, optimism and inspiration for those that I led.
