"I have worked in retail for the past eight years. My most challenging position was with Company ABC. I found it so challenging because it was a different industry than I was accustomed. I learned a great deal during that time. This position was also my favorite because it was such a great challenge. I like to be pushed beyond my boundaries. It keeps me motivated to be better."

"My most challenging position, and also my most favorite position, would be my current role. I would not normally choose to leave; however, I need to find a position related to my newly acquired degree. In my current position, the hours are great, my co-workers are nice, and I receive fair compensation."

I have a long experience in customer service, my experience has started from my studies that were also focused on customer service, some of the subjects we studied were, protocol and public relations. my most favorite position would be my last job position. As a front office worker and sales employee, I had different tasks, such as selling glasses, advising and assisting the clients with the type of lenses according to their needs, after-sales service, solving and answering questions of the customers also via, mail and phone calls. Definitely, my favorite position would be anything that involves dealing with costumers.

I'd suggest starting this answer by telling the interviewer how many years of experience you have in retail or in a customer-facing role so that he or she gets an idea of the length of your experience. You can also give this response greater impact by telling the interviewer what kind of business you were a front office representative for (i.e. doctor's office, real estate business, etc.). Then describe the most challenging tasks or aspects of your role were, what you enjoyed helping customers with, and how customers responded to you.
Prepare for questions about wellness philosophy, sensory retail, and brand storytelling.
