With this question, the interviewer is trying to determine how you handle less than ideal communication from your superior. Because we cannot force others to communicate in our preferred methods, how do you adapt or obtain needed information in a professional manner? If possible, talk to the interviewer about a specific time that you interacted with a supervisor (could be a teacher or coach if you haven't experienced this in the workplace) that didn't interact with you in a way you appreciated. Be sure to include how you positively resolved the situation.
