"I like to take time to prepare for the week by organizing my schedule every Monday morning. I make sure all of my meetings are marked on my calendar and set reminders about important deadlines. I understand that changes can interrupt my daily flow, and I can adapt and stay calm when those shifts occur throughout the week. I am efficient, getting my work done within 40 hours each week. I have also proven to be flexible to stay late when I need to finish a project or if one of my co-workers needs assistance."

"In my typical workweek, Mondays and Tuesdays are usually my plant visit days. I drive up to two hours to get to the site, then spend the morning in manager meetings reviewing reports and resourcing. I spend afternoons walking the plant floor, addressing any issues, and following up with my management and HR teams where needed. Thursdays, I'm usually back in the office in meetings all day. Fridays are my admin catch-up days, and I spend time on the phone, checking emails, and putting out production and budget reports for the week to senior leaders."
