If you had any in-house training from Apple, you could discuss those experiences. If not, I recommend taking a quick course online from Skillshare or Dale Carnegie, related to overcoming objections for example. Then, you can answer this question more affirmatively.

I have sales training courses both at Coach and LancÃme. Before the start of the day, there are always 15-minute meetings at Coach, the manager will teach us basic sales skills, such as how to sell the product from good to better and best, how to sell products across categories. At LancÃme, we take training course about the products.
