Discuss a time when you have taken on coaching responsibilities. In my previous position, I trained the new operations team in both new store openings. It was a challenging experience as I was by myself and the only one with the knowledge. I was also quite new to the role.
It took a lot of patience and dedication to the team. I created a daily huddle so that we could learn from each other. In the end, we achieved our goal as a team.
