HireVue's algorithms will record and analyze your interview performance. It may evaluate your facial expressions, eye movements, body movements, clothing details, and vocal inflections. It will likewise examine the consistency between your answers and your level of honesty to determine your experience level and to predict your future job performance. That information, with the recorded interviews, is passed on to the company's hiring authority for further study.
Once a question is posed, you'll be allowed roughly 20-30 seconds per question to formulate your response. Once it starts recording, you'll have up to three minutes to answer. There are no retakes. You get only one opportunity to record your answers. Some questions may take longer to answer than others, but only take as much time as you need.
