This approach is important to me as I see how Agile methodology helps employees deliver better products in less time. In my current role, team productivity increased by 34% once we introduced an Agile environment, and our on-time project rate skyrocketed another 18%."

      "I am trained and practiced in Agile and SAFe 5.0. I have a SAFe 5.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification. I have been the TMM PO since the beginning of Modular for the Data Plane. I led two Agile scrum teams defining our goals and priorities for 6 PIs in the delivery modular VE and SPK.

      Agile helps F5 deliver value to the customer and the business more quickly. Agile helps F5 better support our cloud-based customers through CI/CD. It provides the organization with the flexibility to adapt quickly to customer needs and requirements and changes in customer needs and requirements. We (F5 and our customers) also benefit and can make adjustments, from customer feedback much more quickly than if we were still on a waterfall methodology.

      The recent shift in priorities to VELOS from VE is one example of F5 benefitting from this flexibility."
