How would you score your ability to regulate your emotions to effectively to perform your job?

"Any volatile environment has reactionary contributors. When such an environment self generates, I often find I'm more of an observer than an internalizer. I'm an active listener and a responder. What's happening in that environment isn't happening to me. Rather, it's happening around me. So, in these situations, because of my outlook and perspective, I often thrive in the role of a mediator. I take pride in my communication and negotiation skills in these situations. I think it's important to take these situations seriously, but I can't help but have a sense of humor about it. I always try to be professional."
